It all started like a blow of wind. I hesitated about which department i should belong to, and wasn't even convinced about it, but I found that the Hotel School is one of my favoirate things and the best for my future career. I really like this specialization and I have improved myself in it, to be more special between my teachers and my classmates.The best thing about this, is that the students who are in the Hotel School and the ones who graduated from it, are more different and special from the students in the other sections.
I live a whole new experience in this section, and I have learned a lot about it. First of all, I met my new teachers, who treat us as friends,and make us feel at home. In fact, you feel very comfortable talking to them. They could help you when you need someone there beside you and lots of things that i cannot count. Besides, in this section, I have met new people,our guests, who come from different countries and nationalities, and communicate with them. Most important, I learnt there about food production and service, housekeeping & archeological sites and religious land marks that belong to both Christians and Muslims. The thing that attract my attention is that we spend our good times in the kitchen, learning how to cook delicious food. We also train on the front-desk, how to speak politely with the guests and how to fill the registration card for the residents.
I'm really glad being involved in this section, because I am between teachers who value the students and appreciate them, and I am also thankful for the director Giovanni Anbbar, and the man who is incharge of the Hotel School Nizar Kassees, whose assistance is in valuable.
